A superb opportunity for a high calibre C# developer to join a dynamic Credit Derivatives IT team, within a top tier investment bank. The primary focus of the position is to assist in the ongoing development of the Market Object Builder, a new business-critical global application for Credit Derivatives. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the architecture of all core infrastructural analytic components for Credit Derivatives globally. As a member of the Credit Derivatives IT team in the Front Office, you will be working alongside the business groups (e.g. traders, quantitative analysts), and will need to have a strong understanding of the Credit Derivatives business. This position offers fantastic career progression and an excellent package.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a C# developer role, within Fixed Income/ Credit Derivatives (preferably Credit Derivatives)
Track record of designing and developing multi-tier systems and be familiar with technologies such as XML and server-based architectures
Strong design and development skills in C#.Net or C++/ Java and have a solid background of object and component oriented design techniques
Excellent communication skills
Front Office Experience
Exposure and experience of full project life cycle
