Migrating Windows XP pcs into Active Directory
Gathering information from service users pre migration re printers, applications and setup.
Providing follow up support to service users following migration process
Essential Skills:
Microsoft Windows XP operating systems.
Microsoft Active Directory awareness
Experience of desktop personal computer support
Excellent communication skills
Good team worker
