Business Analyst

1 year Fixed Term Contract

The Programme Management Office is the centre of project management expertise in Information Management and Technology, and manages a range of exciting IT-related projects for the wider School.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join a dedicated team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Support staff, striving to be the centre of excellence.

You will be working with key Stakeholders on significant school wide projects, drawing on all your problem solving and negotiating skills to delivering high quality analysis for projects within set timeframes.

Accountable to the Business Analyst Team Leader, within the Programme Management Office, the successful candidate will have:

- Significant experience as a business analyst, including authoring business requirement specifications and business process specifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from across the School with a range of technical abilities

- Experience of project management using standardised project management methodology such a PRINCE2

- Knowledge of the development of IT applications and systems, and an understanding of technology-driven projects.
