Service Delivery Manager urgently required by Global winner. My client has exceeded expectations over the last 12 months and continues to take more share of their market sector.
Due to continuous growth, an experienced IT Service Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager is required to deliver quality and effective 24*7*365 IT Services including Enterprise Servers, applications and desktop, to a FTSE 100 client base.
With a track record in the delivery of IT Services, your background will cover the delivery of Enterprise Servers for key IT applications covering Windows, UNIX and RDBMS / Databases. A Service Delivery expert, you experience will include: Major Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you will be expected to build excellent working relationships with the key decision makers both internal and external and negotiate and agree effective SLA's in line with business needs.
