Construction Planner/ Project Planner - Bristol
My client is one of the fastest growing contractors in the country specialising in construction and property related services for every industry sector throughout the UK. Their current portfolio focuses on commercial and residential development.
The Role
Due to the expansion of their Southern-based Planning Team, they currently require a Project Planner/ Planning Engineer with previous construction experience to work on a number of projects worth up to £20m each. Current projects include a £8m retirement village scheme and a £12m hotel new build (both in the South West). The role is both office and site based and will compromise a combination of tender and live-site planning.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous construction planning background and exposure of working on projects worth up to £20m each. The candidate must also be proficient with Asta PowerProject, be local to the Bristol area and be eligible to work in the UK. Our client will consider applications from candidates with more or less years experience if they can prove they are suitable for the role.
Remuneration
In return, they will offer a market-leading salary of up to £43,000 per annum (depending upon experience), plus a market-leading benefits package including car/ allowance, etc.
