You will be required to work on an exciting project and join a motivated and talented team following Agile methodologies to deliver a web based Applicant Tracking System. You will be reporting to the Technical Architect of Engage ATS. A good understanding of .Net Framework is essential and having the following skills would be a great benefit: C#, Test Driven Development (TDD), MVC, ASP.Net and Linq and Sql Server.

The role offers a good split between green-field development, supporting existing clients and changes to existing functionality. Initially you would be given ample time to understand the product by means of working on support tasks ranging from simple back-end data adjustments to modifying existing functionality. Over time, when you become more used to the technology and development methodologies, you’ll be given opportunities to do design, contributing to strategic thinking and provide technical advice and recommendations.

You must be able to communicate well with others and willing to learn and share skills and knowledge. You should have a good understanding of technical development especially in web development. You should be a good team player.

Ideally, you will have 3-4 years of experience in Software Development using Microsoft .Net technologies. Experience in web development is certainly an added advantage.
