IT Support/ Helpdesk - Windows XP, Office 2003, Active Directory, Novell Zenworks, HP Openview - Leeds

You will be dealing technical issues predominantly based around Active Directory, MS Office, Windows XP, Exchange and bespoke applications. You be responsible for resolving these where possible and escalating issues where appropriate. Ideally you will have experience in utilising Remedy, HP Openview, Clarity or HEAT then this would be beneficial. Also if you have experience of Novell Zenworks then this would be of advantage. Typically you will be dealing with anything from 100 calls per day on average.

This is an urgent 3 month contract working for an IT Outsourcer based in their customer site. You must possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven experience of working within a helpdesk/ 1st-2nd Line support environment.
