An embedded C software engineer with a background in low power radio, is required urgently. The software engineer will be based in Reading and will have at least 2-3years experience in radio based products.

The ideal candidate will be required to write code for the embedded micro controllers and generate PC based user interface software fit the control of radio based products.

Requirements:
- solid knowledge of microchip PICs
- degree in electronic engineering
- excellent communication skills
- great organisational skills
- quick, effective and professional dealing with queries
- work well on own initiative
- work well under pressure
- experience of assembly language for PC and micro-controller environments
- Hardware communication systems experience
- Support existing software – update, specify and implement for new product design

You will be required to write code for embedded micro controllers which will mostly be in C. Further, you will generate PC based interface software for control of radio based products on a regular basis.

Including all of the above requirements, you will be a ‘jack of all trades' which will required you with a salary of £27 - £30k plus benefits.
