-Ensuring correct ISO:9001 2000 Quality Assurance procedures have been carried out for individual jobs
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Provide status information, and create regular status reports for clients and colleagues.
- Update the support bug tracker and maintain records within Goldmine and Pro-AD
- Schedule work and monitor progress according to plan, whilst setting clear objectives.
Additional duties will include ensuring plans meet the internal/ external client needs, taking technical briefs, assessing impact of problems, evaluating problems objectively, providing regular feedback on progress to clients, presenting and explaining technical work to clients, and collecting information from clients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar function and will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills. Previous experience of working within a Digital Agency environment would be highly advantageous. Candidates with knowledge of Goldmine and Pro-Ad will also be considered favourable.
