Working for a leading FTSE 100 to provide top level business analysis expertise and to work with other business analysts to ensure dependencies are identified and managed and integrated analysis and design is conducted across the programme.
•Conduct as-is process mapping (high-level) / analyse existing as-is evidence
•Capture new working practices and business processes and create maps using relevant business transformation tools and techniques
•Promote new ways of working and gain buy in from stakeholders
•Formal requirements capture, prioritisation and definition
•Conduct and facilitate workshops
•Present findings and recommendations
•Gap analysis
•Stakeholder mapping
•Assess the impact of process change on people and technology
•Assist in the flow of information within the programme
Must have experience of the following:
•Process mapping techniques
•Expert knowledge of BPR and business process management
•Children's specialist (desirable)
•Benefits experience (desirable)
•ICT business analysis (highly desirable)
•Excellent analysis and information monitoring skills
•Excellent stakeholder management skills
•Excellent writing skills
•Proactive, self starter and hands on
•Highly developed communication and influencing skills
•Flexible approach to work
•Prepared to work outside boundaries of role where required
