My client, a leading manufacturer of Biotech pharmaceuticals in a broad range of therapeutic areas are currently recruiting for a Site Services Engineer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, heating and cooling, filters, steam and water services as well as general electrical infrastructures.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will:

* Calibrate equipment

* Participate in some validation activities

* Draft relevant protocols

* Ensure contractors undertake servicing and cleaning of equipment, ensuring this is done to standard

* Liaise directly with key stakeholders

* Liaise directly with the production/ manufacturing teams

* Assist in project management work such as modifications, upgrades and repairs

The appropriate candidate should have:

* Experience of working in a mechanical and / or electrical (M&E) field

* Knowledge of electrical regulations including design (wiring diagrams),

* installation, testing and certification.

* Experience in managing Planned Preventative Maintenance cycles

* Experienced in working to fixed budgets for projects

* Co-coordinating and managing projects including sub-contractors

* Management of project documentation including technical specifications,

* Health & Safety and Quality systems

* Experience of providing technical support for facilities and systems
