Our client require a Customer Service Manager/ ITIL consultant/ Delivery Manager,to undertake a project which include the following responsibilities.
Demonstrable evidence of:
•Customer-focused delivery of IT-based services.
•ISEB Managers certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL).
•The delivery of people-oriented change initiatives.
•Excellent inter-personal/ communication/ influencing skills
Desirable:
Experience of TOGAF and/ or, COBIT.
