This award winning global IT consultancy have a brand new opportunity for an experienced problem manager to take on a pivotal role, delivering both proactive and reactive problem management activities.
This is a varied role in which the successful Problem Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of Problem Management process, delivering the problem management function to key customers, increasing the volume of proactive activities, ensure problems are registered and correctly assigned and ensuring resolutions go correctly through the change process.
The ideal Problem Manager will have a Problem Management background and experience in a similar role, you should be ITIL Certified and have experience in an ITIL environment. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to liaise effectively at all levels both internally and with external clients.
