Reporting to the Quality Assurance (QA) Systems Manager, the Support Analyst/Developer will work closely with the Support and Development Teams to provide support and development on our in-house applications.

This is a hands-on role where you will be investigating issues raised by users, resolving the issues or escalating where appropriate in a timely manner. You will take ownership of any incidents raised through to completion. You will also be responsible for designing, developing and unit-testing small-scale developments requested by the business. This is a critical position, supporting the largest e-commerce platforms in the North.

The successful candidate will have strong T-SQL skills, have experience of using an issue log system to record and track IT problems or queries raised by users. You will also have proven experience of providing IT Support within a fast moving environment working to tight timescales. You will ideally have knowledge of web related technologies, be ITIL Foundation certified and have experience of C# development in a Visual Studio Team System environment.
