Our client a leader within the Petrochemical Field are now looking for a Engineer Methods (Mechanical) for a 6 month contract based nr Grimsby, Humberside.
Responsibilties:
· Participate in investigations related to incident reports
· Facilitate HSE investigations and raise the necessary CER, minor modifications or work orders a raising from the actions
· Develop competency assurance within Engineering, including contractors
· Provides technical support for Hazop studies for all departments
· Carries out reliability studies
· Provide technical support to capital project development
· Provide support for budget preparation
· Review new CER?s and attend TSD meeting to agree scope
· Review engineering procedures when required
· Assist in the establishment of the long term maintenance plan
· Review preventative and predictive maintenance programme
· Establish/ review spares levels according to the SAP criticality of the equipment
· Assist in the establishment of the Renovation and characterisable maintenance budgets
· Prepare new engineering specifications/ standards/ procedures
· Prepare and deliver training to site.
