My prestigious Hemel Hempstead based client requires a number of 2nd Line Network Support Engineers.

The successful candidates must have commercial experience with Cisco UCS, Call Manager 4 & 5 and Unity. Demonstrable experience with Cisco Unified Comms and accreditation in either CCNA or CCNP is also highly desirable.

You will form part of the successful technical services team, providing Incident, Change or Installation Management services to my client’s eclectic range of customers at a second line level.
