Operations Manager (Mobile Roaming 2G 3G 4G). Global telecommunications giant is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join a talented team responsible for developing the Network Architecture, transmission connectivity and business process for the company during the deployment of global shared service MVNE and Roaming solution. You will set-up and manage a governance framework across external suppliers and Mobile telecommunication businesses, managing the operations and proactively seeking performance improvements.

As an Operations Manager you will establish a reporting framework across suppliers and customers, measuring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs). This is a dynamic, collaborative environment where you will be encouraged to take ownership of business-vital projects and seek new, innovative ways to achieve challenging goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager with strong telecommunications experience to make their mark in this market leader.

Requirements:

                               Strong experience as an Operations Manager in the telecommunications industry

                               Knowledge of mobile core (2G, 3G, 4G) Network Architecture, 3G / 4G mobile packet core architecture, mobile service control architecture

                               Understanding of internet architecture including IP networks, IP routing and IP security principles, design of online charging and data rating systems, signalling and SS7

                               Previous experience setting up operational frameworks and processes

                               Degree educated in a relevant subject

                               Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills

                               Entrepreneurial personality, always looking to innovate

                               Excellent communication and team-working abilities

As an Operations Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £90k) as well as a bonus and benefits package, including a generous car allowance.
