When nothing can go wrong, you’ll deliver

A key leader within the team, you’ll provide a crucial link between our technology capabilities and our government level customers. You’ll oversee the delivery of critical secure services - steering each project through from design and transition through to delivery and ongoing management. This will see you building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure that needs are met, quality is kept high and technical support is provided. You’ll deliver for us too, by actively ensuring quality and performance of internal services right across our organisation.

When it comes to service, you lead by example

Having worked in service delivery in a technology-driven setting before, you know how to achieve results. You’re an outstanding communicator and relationship manager, with an ITIL foundation certificate and, ideally, an understanding of the government environment. Commercially astute and results focused, you also have the drive, tenacity and persuasion skills needed to deliver service solutions that meet performance targets and client requirements.
