The Position? Calling all Gifted Front End Developers!

This roles presents the opportunity of starting exciting new projects, very much from the ground up, with a team of like-minded, talented, individuals working closely with various stakeholders so as to fully understand the commercial requirements of the projects at hand and then lead to full delivery of the same.

For this position it is very much a sharp, agile, problem solving front end developer which is required to join our vibrant team at our central-office in the City of London.

This opportunity will see you, the innovator who can solve problems and deliver, working closely with the development team manager and directly with the company founders who are extremely open minded, willing to give huge scope for autonomous development and are extremely keen to reward hard work and more importantly success.

Core Responsibilities:

- Developing brand new web-apps;

- Writing front-end code;

- Developing test infrastructure;

- Staying up-to-date on the latest frameworks and software innovation;

- Working closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the best look and feel of the product;

- Dealing with tracking analytics that will be used to improve each product.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Relevant academic under and post graduate qualification, with impressive grades, a strong advantage

- 2 years practical experience, or more, an advantage but not an absolute requirement

- Dedicated, hardworking, passionate about reaching targets related to one’s own performance, products and indeed the institution as a whole

- Initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision required, combined with excellent organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to speak up, be heard, share your thoughts, innovate when there is a hole in any business process or logic or indeed an opportunity!

- Excellent communication and negotiating skills combined with excellent written English

Skills and Requirements to Succeed:

Whilst experience is an advantage, we don’t turn away real talent, ever. Good communication skills and clear level of ability are equally weighted.

-Ideally has a demonstrable portfolio;

-Expert in JavaScript;

-Expert in CSS;

-Expert in LESS/SCSS;

-Any experience with AngularJS is a massive plus;

-Ability to pitch in with backend code when required (PHP);

-Strong knowledge of RESTful web services;

-Strong understanding of Mobile & Desktop UX;

-Frontend & backend;

-Cross platform development skills a definite positive (we need apps for iOS and Android);

-GIT, Agile
