We have a number of exciting entry level routes for Graduates at Close Brothers.

We recruit into specific business areas and offer tailored training and development opportunities, including an induction programme and mentoring to kick start your career in your chosen field.

From day one you will be working alongside experts and will be part of a team of professionals who will support and guide you through practical on the job training. We strive to offer you all-round experience in your particular area quickly and you will also have the chance to build your professional network.

You will also have the opportunity to study towards a professional qualification, either a professional diploma in banking or an accreditation relevant to your chosen business area.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for Graduates who will be available to start work in September 2015.

Academically we are looking for applicants with at least a 2:1 degree. We are open to degrees in all disciplines but the following subjects are desirable: IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Maths and Science

We look for passionate people, with curiosity and an eagerness to learn. We are keen to hear from people who are commercially aware, and that have a genuine interest in working in the financial industry. We’d also like to see evidence of personal drive and ambition; people who have the resilience to excel within a challenging and fast paced environment will enjoy working at Close Brothers.
