3rd Line Technical Support Analyst / 3rd Line Support, Windows Server 2008 / 2012, Windows 7, Group Policy, MS Exchange, Active Directory, LAN, Routing, Switches, Firewalls, VMWare, SAN, NetApp, Manchester. We're currently looking for a strong 3rd Line Support Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of Wintel systems to join a leading solutions business in Manchester. You must be able to hit the ground running with this position as you'll be taking up a key role within the businesses support function.

From a technical perspective we require a candidate with an excellent working knowledge of Windows 7, Group Policy, MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server 2008. A good understanding of Networking protocols - Routing, Switching, and Firewalls within a LAN environment as well as SAN Storage, VMWare and SQL Server experience is required.
