About The Company:
My client are a well established engineering company based in Manchester who are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their support team. You will be working closely with the IT Manager and using your experience to support the business information systems. The company are very good to work for, treat their staff extremely well and even offer a 12pm finish on a Friday. They also offer a very good benefits package including 25 days holiday, a company pension and life insurance.
About The Role:
You will be using your experience with Microsoft products and SQL/Database management skills to support business needs and manage, solve and escalate relevant problems. There will be lots of opportunities to work with new technologies that you haven't used before and improve your knowledge of problems.
About You:
For this role it is essential you have SQL Server experience and good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft products such as Visual Basics or Access would also be a huge advantage. The role requires you to listen to problems and find solutions for them so you will have to have a keen eye for detail as well as a strong focus on internal customers.
