London / Salary circa GBP 51500 + excellent benefits

My client, a forward/thinking and dynamic organisation that is rapidly becoming a thought leader in its field, is looking to recruit a talented Policy Manager to support the development of corporate policy ensuring a consistent and cohesive position and direction on emerging issues.

The post holder will be tasked with developing and facilitating the organisations strategy development ensuring appropriate reference to the governance and evaluation frameworks.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses the following experience:

/ Extensive expertise in the development of corporate strategy and its execution

/ Solid understanding of the UK political frameworks and legislative contexts including the devolved nations

/ Solid appreciation of the processes and applications for gathering consumer, stakeholder and market insight

/ Proven expertise in analysing complex and evolving data across multiple sources to identify strategic and tactical positions

/ Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward way to non/technical audiences

/ Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
