This new post offers an exciting opportunity to join Digital Campus Services at the Arts University Bournemouth, one of the best specialist creative arts universities in the UK.

The Digital Campus Services Operations Manager in the Centre of Creative Learning (CCL) will have a direct impact on the management and development of the digital learning environment, of enhanced digital communication, cross campus collaboration and system integration. This key post will support the Head of Digital Campus Services in the delivery of the AUB Strategic Plan.

This key post is responsible for the management of the Digital Learning team and the post holder may on occasion be asked to deputise for the Head of Digital Campus Services. You will have an excellent technical understanding of the development and maintenance of inclusive learning environments, workflow processes and the implementation and integration of ICT systems.

You will also be able to balance project management with operational duties and prioritise in unknown or changing situations where unscheduled work is required to maintain business continuity. You must be able to work closely with both professional and academic colleagues whilst being aware of the centrality of the student experience in everything we do. Excellent communication and organisation skills are equally important to technical skills in fulfilment of this post.
