We are looking for a high calibre Senior Project Manager to work in our innovative and forward thinking Improvement Team. You will be working alongside key stakeholders to set up and lead a project to review and implement a new Intranet platform across the council to support the organisation and its increasingly mobile and digitally enabled workforce of around 8,000 employees to deliver services and improve productivity.

With a good understanding of e-commerce, use of social media, search engine techniques and a strong awareness of current emerging innovation in digital service delivery, you will have a professional qualification or relevant experience of using a variety of project management techniques in a large organisation. You will also require some awareness of HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript packages along with experience of the organisational use of web technologies and content management systems and web design principles.
