There’s no getting away from it; technology is where it’s at. And to fulfil our ambitious growth plans, we’re planning on using the very best of it to make us even better. By using technology we’re aiming to maximise our profitability by helping our Partners perform as well as they can and by making our customers’ experiences even more memorable, whether that’s online or in-store.

This is a three year scheme that will develop both your technical and commercial skills - setting you up to be a future leader. It combines practical learning with professional development and you’ll get to work with other graduates on business-focussed projects as well as receive relevant professional training such as PRINCE 2 and Java. You’ll even go on an international placement in year two to broaden your horizons.

At the end of the scheme, we’ll assess where your strengths lie so that together we make the right decision for your future whether that’s for an operational, development, analysis or even an IT project management role.

To apply, you’ll need to have a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline and GCSE Maths and English grade B or above, or equivalent. We have technology teams across John Lewis, Waitrose and Partnership Services so you may be based in London or Bracknell.

We’re serious about retail. And serious about our people. That’s why our rewards and benefits are so competitive. The starting salary is £26,500 and you’ll receive benefits such as the Partnership annual bonus (in 2014 this was 15%, which equated to eight weeks’ additional pay), non-contributory pension scheme, a discount card, ticket subsidies and much more.

To apply, please visit our website by clicking the APPLY button.

The John Lewis Partnership operates without discrimination and embraces diversity; this is reflected in all we do.
