The role of the ICT Implementation Specialist is to assist the ICT application team with the implementation of several operational systems and applications and the associated user support for UEFA EURO 2016 events in France.
Purpose
Setting up the various system components, including web-based and mobile applications; Administering the systems, including user profiles, content structure and other system parameters; Providing support to the end users and assisting with any system-related inquiries and problems in day-to-day business operations; Producing guidelines for the end users; Organising and running training sessions and workshops.
Supporting the various on-site operations related to the rollout of the ICT application systems and applications; Working with the end users and stakeholders on various ICT-related activities concerning services such as volunteering; Working with UEFA project leaders/solution managers during UEFA EURO 2016 ICT-related project activities.
Supporting the delivery and implementation of ICT systems (testing, support, documentation, training); Working with the end users to analyse the most efficient ways of using UEFA’s ICT systems, formalising agreed processes; Setting up and managing UEFA’s ICT systems for UEFA EURO 2016 events; Establishing and maintaining an efficient knowledge management and documentation system; Supporting and providing training to the end users ;Reporting to the project manager in Nyon, Switzerland. Helping business units to define ICT processes; Efficient implementation of ICT system/applications (via FAME, UEFA’s own online database for various football operations and tasks); Supporting and training end users and third parties.
Requirements
Experience required:
- From 1 to 3 years in Web application user support/support centre
Education:
- College Secondary education
Specialist
Languages:
- English / Proficient
- French / Proficient
Additional requirements:
- Content management, user experience management.
