Key responsibilities

You will be expected to work with top clients, manage, develop and launch their websites:

-Develop and manage existing websites.

-Develop and manage new websites.

-Technical support for our systems and software.

-Assist in the technical side of the sales process.

-Scope projects.

-Working alongside project managers and other colleagues as part of the project team.

-Liaising directly with clients.

Requirements

You will possess a computer related degree or equivalent recognised qualification. You will have HTML5, CSS, PHP5 and MySQL development experience, sound problem solving skills, a passion for technology and learning new skills.

Essential requirements:

-PHP5 - Candidate should have at least 2 years commercial experience.

-Symfony, Laravel or OpenCart Experience

-MySQL - Experience in writing complex queries.

-XHTML/CSS/JQuery - Demonstrable skills with front end web technologies.

-Ability to work as an effective team member.

-Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.

Desirable requirements

-Ecommerce experience.

-Experience of working with and customising an open source e-commerce systems (Open Cart).

-MySQL server setup and configuration.

-Photoshop and general awareness of user interface design.

-HTML5/CSS3.

-Exposure to mobile platform technologies would be advantageous too.

Other Information

This role is full time Monday-Friday, 9 - 5:30.

20 days holiday and all UK Bank Holidays.
