This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Campus Services at the Arts University Bournemouth, one of the best specialist creative arts universities in the UK.
You will work closely with the Senior Service Desk Officer in the delivery of a proactive and reactive Service Desk provision for students and staff. You will have knowledge of working under ITIL processes and procedures in pursuit of an excellent service as required by our strategic plans to deliver high quality digital resources and services.
You will have a good technical understanding of ICT infrastructure that incorporates Apple Macintosh and Windows resources, mobile devices and online systems, and may have a good knowledge of ‘Bring Your Own Device’ (BYOD) initiatives. The role will also require you to have knowledge of Audio Visual resources.
You must be able to communicate at various levels and offer excellent customer service skills in a busy and active environment. A Service Desk system is used to maintain calls and asset monitoring, good office and data entry skills are required to ensure integrity of data.
