As the Reporting Specialist the successful candidate will play a prominent role in defining and executing reporting methods as well as managing performance metric development and support across the service management function.

They will be required to drive multiple initiatives with differing scopes, areas of interaction and time-frames, and will need to be able to draw on knowledge of various best practices and process enhancement techniques including ITIL, Lean and Six Sigma.

Candidates will need strong communication skills and should be seen as a change agent and facilitator for enhancement activities that result in more client satisfying, effective and efficient processes.

The successful Reporting Specialist will play an active role in the definition, evolution and delivery of insightful reporting that enables team members and management alike to easily recognise successes and highlight areas requiring attention.

Key Responsibilities:

*Ensure that reporting and metrics requirements are met and delivered to our customers satisfaction using a framework that provides structure, governance, transparency and consistent processes

*Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the group's processes and services where necessary and to identify more economical ways of providing a service where possible

*Contribute to the production of reporting that evidences management's successes against their strategic objectives and service levels

*Facilitate report development review meetings between Service Management and other teams

Candidates should have:

*Experience of analysing performance against Service Level Agreements and providing commentary and enhancement recommendations based on the analysis

*Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesise recommendations

*Understanding of risk analysis, gap analysis and trending

*Strong communications skills across all levels

*Experience of establishing good working relationships with internal teams
