A growing tech firm have a cracking opening for a Senior HTML5 Web Developer who'll be leading a small team of Programmers within an extremely fast-paced environment. You'll be producing dynamic solutions for a range of platforms, relying heavily on CMS. As well as hands-on development you'll spend half your time project managing, mentoring and motivating and translating what the business need into technology.

This Senior HTML5 Web Developer will be used to interpreting a short brief and adapting when expectations change at short notice. You'll be producing code documentation, optimising code and performing a QA / code review role, too. Ensuring HTML5 code is conforming to information security will also be part of the job. Working with various departments means you need to bring strong negotiation skills to the table to agree realistic deadlines.

From a technical perspective we'd like this Senior HTML5 Web Developer to have an understanding of Flash and ActionScript, but it's not absolutely essential. Naturally we'd expect you to be bringing strong JavaScript and CSS skills. If you've developed HTMLS5 solutions for various platforms - mobile, web, tablet - that'd be ideal.

You'll follow an Agile methodology and be expected to constantly deliver multiple small pieces of work, rather than one or two large pieces every few months.
