1st Line Support Technician

A 1st Line Support Technician is required for a 6 month contract (very likely to extend long term) based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Working within a well-established company, you will be providing 1st line remote support (hardware & software) to end users.

Day to day responsibilities will include basic troubleshooting, account set ups, password re-sets and identifying more complex issues to be escalating to 2nd line. This is an ideal role for someone who has good customer services experience who is looking to progress their career within IT within a Service Desk / Helpdesk environment. Technical skills required for this role include MS Office, Windows and Active Directory (AD).

This role is to start ASAP and will pay £10.75 + HP PAYE or £13.25 ltd/umbrella per hour.
