3x 2nd/3rd Line Support Analysts - Bristol, £35,000

3x 2nd/3rd Line Support Analysts required for Bristol based client. Computer Futures are currently seeking 2nd & 3rd Line Support Analysts for market leading Software House in Bristol, supporting software which is currently used in over 600 sites, worldwide.

Daily responsibilities will include:

*

Resolving support issues escalated from 1st line support.

*

Working with the development team to report bugs and communicate customer enhancement requests.

*

Carrying out application installations and upgrades including validation ("smoke tests") and resolution of regression issues.

*

Assisting with customer change requests.

Candidates will also need;

*

Commercial experience working with SQL Server databases in a 2nd-line support role.

*

Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify repeated problems and common solutions.

*

Good communication skills (both written and verbal) for communicating directly with customers and other members of the team.

Other technical requirements;

*

Application configuration with IIS 7/Windows Server 2008

*

Working in a support team to manage support issues against specific SLAs.

*

Experience with Active Directory (specifically user/group management)

*

SQL Server 2008 and later (with experience of writing T-SQL queries)

*

MS Office

*

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
