Software Development Manager - Medical Devices - Oxfordshire

£65, 000 + Benefits

A market leading technology company in the medical sector are looking to recruit a Software Development Manager to join their team. This will be a great role for an experienced Software Development Manager to join a company in an exciting period of growth working on cutting edge technologies.

You will be managing their Software teams both in Oxfordshire and with their offshore teams in Eastern Europe. You will also be responsible for the timely delivery of high quality products for both applications and embedded software.

Your role will include planning of future growth, managing software processes, recruitment, retention and training of software staff.

To be considered we want to see you have a proven background in Software Engineering and at least 5 years experience as a Software Development Manager, managing teams and working with both Applications and Embedded software products ideally in a regulated industry.

Any experience in a Medical Devices sector would be beneficial with knowledge of compliance to standards such as ISO 13485, CE MDD or FDA.
