HRIT Implementation Manager required for a fast growing and ambitious HR Technology organisation based in the City of London. Over the lat few years they have developed a unique piece of HR software which they have subsequently implemented for a variety of global organisations.

Due to a number of key client wins they are seeking an experienced and ambitious HR Systems professional to join their team. This role is paying up to £60K and based in the City of London.

The role will involve:

Supporting a variety of clients through the full implementation lifecycle of the Hr software product

Initial client meeting, needs gathering and documenting of requirements

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Regular client interface throughout the project

Ensure the HR software is configured to reflect the clients needs.

Lead client engagements up until UAT stage.

Maintaining key client relationships post implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong HR Systems experience and knowledge

Excellent client facing skills

The ability to handle a number of clients relationships and consult them throughout the implementation lifecycle
