Our client is currently searching for a Senior IC Test Engineer to be responsible for leading production test activities for wafer level and packaged IC devices. The role will involve coordinating with 3rd party test houses as well as the in-house design teams to ensure complete test solutions. Instigating test yield enhancement programs will be required as well as implementing analysis tools and tests.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
-Strong IC test engineering experience (RF / mixed signal)
-ATE knowledge ie Teradyne Flex
-Knowledge of semiconductor packaging
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
-BSc. degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
