Leading media giant is urgently seeking an experienced two PC Support Specialist / Desktop Support Analyst.


You will be responsible to provide PC user support over the phone, in person, or by SMS Remote Access for products such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office 2. Providing overflow first line support and call logging when Service desk is busy or short staffed.

Setting up and rebuilding PCs and laptops using RIS (Remote Installation Server) plus installation of additional hardware and software. Setting up and support of remote access solutions for PC users, including circulation remote users.(VPN, ISDN and 3G card). Installing Blackberries and providing support and user training., Blackberry Enterprise server admin and maintenance. Desktop build development on RIS and software packaging for deployment via SMS and Active Directory.
