Currently I am looking for a Technical Writer with quality knowledge for one of my major clients in Belgium, Brussels. The candidate must speak French, Dutch and English.
JOb Description:
he job consists of a mainly technical writer/ Quality Management assistant profile:
- creating/ maintaining templates on behalf of Project Management Office & Quality Management
- performing basic quality reviews on deliverables
- assisting in creation of monthly reports
- keeping the collaborative platforms up-to-date
- implementing defined changes in document deliverables
- making minutes of meetings
- assisting in communication distribution to involved persons
Required skills:
- Tools: MS Word and Excel: expert
- Tools: MS Access, Visio & Project: advanced
- Experience in technical writing and Quality Management
- Experience with a collaborative tool for document management (e.g. Knowledge Tree, Sharepoint)
Required attitude:
- Process and procedure oriented
- Flexible regarding changing priorities
- Able to work in team but as well autonomous
- Quality oriented, with particular attention for detail, correctness and completeness
Language: French+ English+ Dutch
