A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support technician with software experience of Microsoft Office 2003 and internet explorer and Hardware experience of PC and printer installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will also have a basic understanding of email and web technologies and basic experience of computer networking : TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls etc?
