RF Test Engineer
3 Month Contract
Oxfordshire

This role requires a strong theoretical understanding of complex RF products. You must have relevant knowledge of wireless telecoms products including amplifiers, filters, phase shifters and antennas.
You’ll require:
- Good customer facing skills
- Environmental Test to ETSI standards
- Off site working is an essential part of this vacancy
- Responsible for defining test plans, specifications and methods
- Responsible for producing test reports inclusive of findings and recommendations
Additionally you’ll be required to perform product testing to validate that products meet the technical specifications as follows:
- Design Verification Testing
- System Testing
Products may vary, typically you will be able to execute the following type of testing:
- Noise Figure Tests
- IP3 tests
- Intermodulation Tests
- S Parameter Tests
You will have a knowledge of the following test hardware:
- Vector Network Analyser
- Noise Figure Meter
- Spectrum analyser
Duties:
- Preparation of test plans and test specifications that satisfy the product requirement specification
- Design Verification Testing
- Supervision of off-site test programmes
- Support product field trials and early deployment
- Fault diagnostics
- Analysis of test result
- Preparation of a monthly project report
- Maintaining written records of projects
- Generate test reports
- Design of product test sets
3 Month Contract
