Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Project Manager.
Service Delivery Manager required with a solid understanding of Prince2 and ITIL, certifications would be of advantage. Working for a leading IT solutions provider based on customer site full time. Delivering managed services into the customer, you will also be responsible for managing projects into the client. Typically the projects tend to be based around roll outs, upgrades, and migrations.
You must possess a strong knowledge of both project management and service delivery. You will have responsibility for the management of a P&L, SLAs, OLAs, Service Improvement Plans and the delivery of projects.
Ideally you will have strong leadership skills as you will have2 direct reports and 15 indirect reports.
You must maintain a proactive approach and must uphold excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role is commutable from Liverpool, Merseyside, Manchester, Wigan, Knutsford, St Helens, Warrington, Wirral, Bolton, Chester and potentially Wrexham.
