IT Service Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager – Deliver 24*7*365 Services
IT Service Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager urgently required by Global winner. My client has exceeded expectations over the last 12 months and continue to take more share of their market sector.
Due to continuous growth, an experienced IT Service Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager is required to deliver effective 24*7 IT Services to a FTSE 100 client base.
As the IT Service Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be the main point of contact to ensure that the delivery of IT services is quality, effective and is in line with the agreed SLA's / KPI's. With a track record in the delivery of 24*7*365 IT Services, your background will cover the delivery of core IT applications covering UNIX, RDBMS / Databases and Windows. You will be a strong negotiator and have a record of achievement of agreeing SLA's in line with business needs. You will also be able to build excellent working relationships with the customer decision makers and influencers and be able to identify the current status of customer expectations and satisfaction levels and manage them accordingly.
