A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join this leading outsourcing business, based on a client site in the North West. We requie a strong delivery manager with several years experience of manahging a project team and support the Service Principal in the delivery of projects and service.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
Managing the P&L to meet and exceed planned revenue and performance
Building strong relationships with customers and their management teams
Managing a project management team of around 15 people
Providing performance statistics
Promote and progress the use Quality Management Systems
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable management experience within UK outsourced delivery environment
Demonstrable experience of effectively managing a P&L
Leadership skills
Project management skills
People management skills
Building/ maintaining relationships at all levels
Operational/ business management skills
Excellent decision making/ problem solving skills
Ability to implement and manage change
Project management skills in both organisational and planning - Prince 2
Service Management qualification ITIL
An understanding of Quality Management Systems eg ISO 9000
