Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) / Bournemouth
Oracle DBA, Oracle Database Administrator sought for a global market leader based in Bournemouth. As an Oracle DBA you will be required to join the implementation team to work on their major new ERP implementation. You will be required to maximise the Oracle database performance (Oracle 9i, 10g, 11i), provide Oracle database support, identify opportunities for business improvements and design, develop and support IT improvement projects.
To be successful, you must have excellent Oracle database administration skills and a good understanding of Oracle 91 and 10g. Good knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, preferably Cognos and a grasp of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Oracle DBA to help build a new IT solution from the ground up, playing a key role in the expansion of this famous brand.
