My client based in Chester has an urgent requirement for an Avaya IP telephony engineer to join the team and to assist day to day support duties.
Responsibilities to include
Complete moves and changes tasks on a daily basis
Investigate and resolve problems that may arise with the Avaya IPT system
Install new Avaya handsets/ devices as and when required

Minimum of 3 years hands-on Avaya Communication Manager experience
Capable of working the service desk (Remedy) with team members and when working alone.
Previous experience of enterprise Avaya installations using S8720s, G650s,ESS,LSP,G700 and G350 architecture.
