IT Solution Sales Consultant / Area Sales Manager : Home based/ Surrey - Salary: basic up to £40,000 + Unlimited OTE : Potential earnings up to £130,000 + £7.5K Car + Benefits

Our client is pioneering, multi award winning, IT / Communications company. They have a diverse, cutting edge, product portfolio that is revolutionising the way clients can work: saving time, streamlining work processes and most importantly cutting millions of pounds of clients IT budget spending.

Role:
They are looking for ?Area Sales Managers? to work from their home office from an online CRM database, scheduling their own appointments, generating their own leads and getting 90% new business. As part of the new business team the main focus of the role is to generate sales from leads that have been self generated or by the marketing team.

Requirements:
Working within a defined geographical area you will have the following attributes: Skills and Experience: Highly motivated self-starter who has a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude, able to work from home avoiding distraction and maximising selling time during trading hours.

The candidate must be able to sell ;

?to cold call, recognise opportunities and close business.
?to create and manage a pipeline and consistently deliver revenue in line with set targets.
?to fact find and present solutions based on an ROI to buyers at many different levels throughout an organisation.
?must be able to prove performance within IT and provide sales performance information and P60?s.
?understands the importance of a consultative sales process whilst keeping the sales cycle as short as possible.
?has good commercial awareness and understanding of how streamlining business process flow can save companies money.

Qualifications: Ideally Degree or Equivalent. Ideally SPIN, or similar, sales trained. Applications are especially welcome from individuals that have sold field based applications and solutions. Candidates that are not been delivering revenue in line with target today need not apply. This is a role for someone who can open doors. Once you are in, the bonuses are some of the best in the industry. Salary: £30 - £40K Base + 7.5k Car + Unlimited OTE : Realistic £130k in first year Former positions you may have worked in: BDM, IT Solution Sales, Field Sales, IT Software / Hardware, Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Trainer, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager.
