Quantity Surveyor - £50 million Construction Project - Quantity Surveyor
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with ideally 4 or more years Quantity Surveying experience within the Construction sector, to work on a £50 million project in central Reading. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be able to work on large packages, up to around £8 million, covering all aspects of the construction process.
Location: On site in central Reading
The Project:
My client is working on a large construction project in central Reading, the first phase of a potential three phase development. The project will deliver a new office building, along with an internal car park. The project is set to run for 2 years, with the groundworks already underway. This project will deliver one of the key features in the planned re-development of the town centre.
The Quantity Surveyor Role:
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will work on this project - allowing you to prove your skills to the business; on site you will be the number 2 Quantity Surveyor, reporting directly to the Project Quantity Surveyor and Regional Commercial Manager.
Remuneration:
Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Negotiable benefits including car allowance, site travel expenses, pension, health cover, subscriptions and bonus
