Exclusive to Huntress Tech: GIS firm based in C.London, specialising in GIS solutions requires a Delphi developer to join their team of specialists. A minimum of 3 years commercial experience as a Delphi developer working in a OO environment and experience with design patterns, refactoring and test-driven development are requirements for this position. Exposure to Open GIS, Javascript/ VB Script, XML, HTML, SQL Server or Oracle will be viewed favourably as will the willingness to learn new skills. Please note that it is not essential to have prior experience with GIS, only the willingness to learn. The company plans on migrating to .NET so any exposure to this framework is a bonus. A degree educated individual with good knowledge of OO design/ domain driven development and some experience writing test cases will stand more chance of obtaining an interview with my client.
