A Manufacturing Team Leader is required for a role with constantly changing priorities between running a team of engineers and working with customers as a support contact. The role will require a candidate who has experience of running an area of manufacturing and has an understanding of the importance of customers to the business, as well as taking responsibility for simultaneously progressing orders for a number of customers.

The successful candidate will require the following experience:

Manufacturing Engineering
Team leader / management background
Lean manufacturing techniques
Customer interface
Supplier liaison
Avionics experience
