My client is an extremely lucrative organisation that due to the number of contractual wins has an urgent requirement for a number of 2nd Line Support Analyst's.
My client is are currently bringing their organisation to date in terms of technology and are implementing some exciting technological changes within their organisation. This is the perfect opportunity for a 2nd line support analyst who is looking to join a talented support team who work within a complex enterprise level support environment.
My client is looking for a support analyst that has had extensive experience with 2nd line support working within a windows infrastructure environment within a large enterprise sized organisation. The ideal 2nd line support analyst will have in-depth knowledge of windows technologies and will be well experienced with windows Outlook, MS Office and Windows XP as well as having knowledge of hardware such as printers and laptops. Basic Networking skills are mandatory in obtaining this position. Any experience with CMDB (configuration management database) is very advantageous. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills so experience of working within a client/ customer facing environment is ideal. Any industry-recognised certifications are advantageous but not mandatory for the position.
